One is by making turmeric tea by adding a teaspoon of ground turmeric to 4 cups of boiling water and drinking it as is. Two is by applying turmeric topically. Stiff neck: Stiff neck is usually caused by circulation and lymph node problems. You can easily address this at home by using contrast hydrotherapy, or blasting hot water for 10 seconds followed by cold water for 10 seconds directly on your neck. Do this three times while in the shower, ensuring that you always end with a cold blast of water. Contrast hydrotherapy will improve circulation and blood flow, resulting in a more flexible neck with reduced pain.
Puffy eyes: Dip a bag of black tea in hot water for a few minutes to activate the tea’s tannins. Cool the bag in the refrigerator for 20 minutes then apply the bag directly onto closed eyes for 10-15 minutes. Practice daily and soon enough you will begin to see improvements in your eyes.
